UAB "Vilniaus Tranzitas" (Joint Stock Company "Vilnius transit") was established in 1994 in the territory of former warehouses and transport depot. Following the order of Customs department in 1995, Customs Cargo Post was opened in the UAB Vilniaus Tranzitas premises, and an Import-export terminal was opened in 1996 which was one of the first in Lithuania. Since UAB 1999 "Vilniaus Tranzitas" belongs to the group of logistics companies "AD REM Group".

Today our facilities comprise: import-export terminal, customs bonded warehouses, distribution warehouses, open grounds, warehouses with special temperature conditions, pin-type scales and weighbridges, vehicle and railway ramps. New and modern handling equipment enables us to efficiently handle oversized and heavy-cargos.

An experienced team of qualified customs brokers ensures that customs procedures are followed and processed quickly and efficiently. All the logistic services are coordinated by the Logistics and Transit Centre team.

We take our responsibility towards our customers and carriers seriously and all handling and warehousing activities are insured by liability insurance. In addition to that, all the stored goods are insured with additional cargo insurance. Safety of the goods is guaranteed by the 24/7 armed security guards and a broad range of passive safety arrangements.
