Filling in of TIR Carnet

TIR Carnet – a document of goods transported on internationalroutes , which is acknowledged by TIR convention parties. Currently the TIR convention unites 68 countries, including the European Economic Community. The area where this convention is applied includes all Europe, part of North Africa, part of the Near East and Middle East. Other partner countries also include the USA, Canada, Chile, and Uruguay (www.cust.lt)

Formalization of this document  starts in the country of departure. In the countries of departure, transit and destination it is used as a document for TIR procedure control. When carrying cargo with TIR Carnet book, payment of customs taxes and other import taxes is ensured by international guarantee.

Tir Carnet book is only issued to the carriers that are members of TIR Carnet association.

We can fill in the TIR Carnet documents and represent the client at customs when presenting online TIR Carnet declarations in the NCTS system.
