Order management

Process of orders management is the central axis of the whole logistics system. The order of the client is a starting point for the procedures of logistics process. Speed and quality of the information flow directly impacts the costs and the efficiency level of the management of orders. Slow and scattered communication increases the costs of transportation, warehousing and stock storage.

We can implement different level solutions, intended for order management and designed according to the needs of the client:

• Complete integration of the IT system – the financial system of the client is integrated with the warehouse management system through the use of electronic data interchange (EDI). Information about inbound and outbound orders is generated automatically.
• Partial integration of the IT system – one-sided flow of “.txt” files to the warehouse management system. There is no automatic generation of information about the results.
• “Manual” or “paper-based” management of the orders – the client has an opportunity to enter orders to the warehouse management system through an online account (web access).
