We can represent the Client in the customs under a separate agreeme
  • Preparing necessary customs documents;
  • Representing the Client during inspection of the cargo;
  • Representing the Client at Territorial customs or at Customs department when solving questions relevant to declaration of Client’s goods (for additional fee);
  • Presenting applications to customs;
  • Taking care of permissions;
  • Extending the transit terms;
  • Obtaining explanations regarding customs procedures, implementation of customs sanctified actions and classification of goods;
  • Representing the Client when providing samples of the goodsto the customs laboratory for the classification of articles;
  • Representing the Client at customs in order to obtain the origin certificates of goods and other documents when presenting the applications.

If the Client requests we can settle the payments of customs, excise and other taxes and duties at the customs.

We can represent the Client for the performance of sanctified utilization actions of the goods, which are under customs supervision.

In order to become our client you would need to sing customs brokerage service agreement contract.
