Warehousing of pharmaceuticals (medicines and goods of medical purpose)
A part of the customs warehouse premises is suitable for storing pharmaceuticals, medical / pharmaceutical equipment and other goods of medical purpose from countries outside the EU.
The goods are stored on racks, shelving or feely stacked on pallets. We also offermixed storage options on racks and shelving according to the needs of the client. These goods are stored in an ‘A’ type warehouse. Warehousing procedures at the indoor warehouse premises follow the regulations of “Good practice of pharmaceuticals’ distribution” (GPPD).
Pharmaceutical and medical goods are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses - +15 °C – +25 °C and +2 °C – +8 °C. This service also includes receiving goods, quantity and quality checks, storage, assembly, and dispatch with a guaranteed transparent tracking of movement of goods.
All storage facilities are monitored by ‘Sirius Storage’ microclimate monitoring system.
Our procedures follow the European GDP (Good Distribution Practice) regulations.
